In particular, by providing your personal data to us, you agree to (1) the terms of our Privacy Policy as referred to in Clause 12 on the overleaf (including our taking of photographs or videos at our events or programmes, which may be used for updates on our website, on our social media platforms, or any of our marketing collaterals); and (2) being notified via letter, email, text messaging, or telephone calls of any events or programmes that ABR Academy Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) or its related/associated companies may organise (“Information on Future Events”).
